Start a request
Use the contact form with the order reference, the item concerned, and the reason for the request. Do not send an item until return instructions have been provided.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on the order, item condition, and rights that apply to the purchase. A request is reviewed before a return route is issued.
Exchanges
An exchange depends on current stock and the order workflow. When a direct exchange is not available, the team will explain the available route.
Refunds
Any approved refund is handled against the recorded order and its payment state. The applicable method and status will be communicated for that order.
